Foreman – Surface Treatment
Position overview
The Surface Treatment Foreman oversees bodywork, painting, and surface treatment operations. You’ll ensure premium-quality finishes while improving productivity, safety, and efficiency across your department.
Your tasks:
Manage surface treatment processes such as sandblasting, metallization, and painting
Promote a strong safety culture and maintain full compliance
Enforce quality standards to deliver flawless finishes
Meet production schedules and minimize downtime
Drive efficiency, organization, and continuous improvement initiatives
Train and mentor team members to achieve high performance
Monitor energy use and identify opportunities for savings
Experience:
Hands-on experience in steel surface treatment and coating processes
Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
Familiarity with lean manufacturing and 5S principles
Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills
Commitment to safety, quality, and team development
