Foreman – Final Assembly
Position overview
The Final Assembly Foreman leads a multidisciplinary team — including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic specialists — responsible for the final assembly of our trailers. You will ensure each product is built to specification, inspected thoroughly, and delivered on schedule.
Your tasks:
Supervise daily operations in the final assembly department
Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company policies
Monitor quality standards and reduce internal defects
Oversee production flow to meet deadlines and output targets
Implement process improvements to boost efficiency and minimize downtime
Maintain an organized and clean work environment
Train, mentor, and evaluate team members
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across safety, quality, and productivity
Experience:
Hands-on experience in electro-mechanics or assembly line operations
Proven leadership and team management experience
Strong understanding of lean manufacturing, 5S, and process improvement
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
Commitment to quality, precision, and operational excellence
