Head of Service Operations (m/f/d)

 

Your tasks:

  • Management of all group-wide activities in the following areas:

    -International vehicle instruction and training

    -Spare parts sales

    -Customer service

    -Maintenance and repairs

  • Analysis and process optimisation of existing procedures to increase customer satisfaction

  • Analysis of customer needs as well as strategic development and digitalisation of individual departments

  • Introduction and monitoring of KPIs

  • Management and development of four teams, including their managers

  • Direct interface with senior management

 

Your profile:

  • Several years of experience in managing teams in at least one, ideally more of the areas listed above

  • Technical knowledge of mechanical engineering or vehicle construction

  • Customer focus and results-oriented thinking

  • Strong leadership skills, organisational skills and creativity

  • Strategic thinking, ability to implement ideas and a hands-on mentality

  • Very good language skills in German, French and English

  • Willingness to travel occasionally to our locations in Belgium and Italy
