Head of Service Operations (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
Management of all group-wide activities in the following areas:
-International vehicle instruction and training
-Spare parts sales
-Customer service
-Maintenance and repairs
Analysis and process optimisation of existing procedures to increase customer satisfaction
Analysis of customer needs as well as strategic development and digitalisation of individual departments
Introduction and monitoring of KPIs
Management and development of four teams, including their managers
Direct interface with senior management
Your profile:
Several years of experience in managing teams in at least one, ideally more of the areas listed above
Technical knowledge of mechanical engineering or vehicle construction
Customer focus and results-oriented thinking
Strong leadership skills, organisational skills and creativity
Strategic thinking, ability to implement ideas and a hands-on mentality
Very good language skills in German, French and English
Willingness to travel occasionally to our locations in Belgium and Italy
