Your tasks:
You are the open ear and the clever mind who assists customers from near and far
You will work independently to process warranty claims, technical questions, instructions and complaints
The customer counts on you and your work strengthens the relationship
You don't mind adjusting your working hours to suit the customers needs and time zone
Teamwork works best, which is why you work closely with the sales department
Your profile:
You have deep understanding of mechanics, pneumatics, electrics and hydraulics or have completed training as a lorry or agricultural machinery mechanic
You are communicative and helpful
You keep a cool head, even when the situation gets tricky
You empathise with the other person and make them feel that you understand their situation
You are fluent in German, French and English. Dutch and/or other languages are an advantage
You can be relied on and are detailed in your work
PC work and Word, Excel etc. are your thing
