Employee for quality assurance in final assembly (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
Define, implement, and monitor quality assurance measures in production
Ensure compliance with all relevant quality requirements
Provide advice to staff and prepare reports on quality issues
Conduct error analyses, including accurate documentation based on facts and metrics, while providing timely feedback to the claim originators
Support the development and implementation of corrective actions and continuous improvements
Monitor and report on key quality metrics
Identify optimization potential and initiate projects to improve quality standards
Your profile:
Degree in engineering or a technical qualification with several years of relevant experience
Strong knowledge of mechanics, electrical systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics
High quality awareness with a structured and meticulous working style
Confident in reading technical drawings and experienced in using measuring and testing tools
Analytical mindset with a pragmatic and results-oriented approach
Reliable team player with strong communication skills
High level of commitment, flexibility, and willingness to perform
Proficient in standard MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
Knowledge of quality management methods is a plus
Very good German and French language skills, English is an advantage
